We're open from May 1st through September.
Conveniently located 1 block from Main Street, downtown Birchwood, WI

Amenities Include: Village sewer and water, Cable TV, 20, 30, & 50 Amp Service, New Pavilion with men's and women's restrooms (no showers). Also a laundry room. Daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal rates available. Offering winter storage.




Rates for Up Town RV Campground

Daily:
$25.00 per day. 5.5% state sales tax, electric included.
Weekly:
$150.00 per week. 5.5% state sales tax, electric included.
Monthly:
$375.00 per month. 5.5% state sales tax, electric will be metered.
Seasonal:
$1275 per RV, 5.5% state sales tax. Electric will be metered.

Winter Storage:
$125.00, 5.5% state sales tax (October through April 30th)

Customers choosing to stay the next season, may leave their RV on the lot free throughout the winter. However they will be required to pay half of the seasonal rate by October 1st of that year, and the balance of the seasonal rate by January 15th of the following year.
 

Restrictions for Up Town RV Campground

  1. The Up Town RV Park is open from May through September each year. By Village Ordinance the park is closed in September of each year and cannot be inhabited by anyone until the following May of each year. Customers may choose to leave their RV on the park for winter storage.

  2. Each site is clearly marked.

  3. Park residents will be responsible for keeping their site clean and neat at all times. NO exceptions.

  4. Attachments are prohibited except for decks. Deck size to be no more than 8 feet wide by a set back for three feet from each end of the RV, not including the tongue. No outbuildings are allowed except for a building provided by the owner, at an additional monthly fee, plus tax.

  5. The residents of Up Town RV Park will not have loud or wild parties and will be considerate of all RV Park residents and the residents of the town. Quiet time starts at 10:00 pm. Residents of Up Town RV will not trespass onto the private property of the surrounding Birchwood residents.
    All natural vegetation around the perimeter and within the park must be left untouched by park residents.

  6. Only self contained RV camping units are permitted.

  7. All residents are subject to Village of Birchwood Ordinances.

  8. Park residents shall park on their own site and any visitors to the site shall not block the road.

  9. There shall be NO fireworks allowed within the park at any time.

  10. Residents may use generators only in the event of the power failure.

  11. One community fireplace is located by the pavilion. NO individual campfires are allowed.

  12. NO PIT BULL DOGS are allowed in the park. ALL pets must be leashed at all times and owners must clean up after their pets.
